Description
This iced matcha latte recipe uses simple ingredients, doesn’t require any premade milk, comes together quickly and is better than a Starbucks iced matcha latte.

- 1 packet Pique Tea Matcha (or 1 rounded teaspoon of your favorite brand of matcha)
- 1.5 – 2 tablespoons of raw honey (depending on sweetness)
- 1–1/3 cup cold filtered water
- 2 tablespoons cashew pieces (or 8 whole cashews)
- 1 teaspoon of Hugh and Grace Marine Collagen (optional, but recommended)
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Add matcha, honey, collagen peptides (if using), water, cashews and 2 ice cubes to your high speed blender.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds.
- Pour over cup of ice and enjoy!

If you don’t have a high speed blender, or just don’t want to use it, you can omit the cashews and use 1/2 cup of cashew milk, almond milk, whole milk or your favorite type of milk, and mix in only 3/4 cup of water instead of 1 1/3 cup water.
