Description

This iced matcha latte recipe uses simple ingredients, doesn’t require any premade milk, comes together quickly and is better than a Starbucks iced matcha latte.

Instructions

  1. Add matcha, honey, collagen peptides (if using), water, cashews and 2 ice cubes to your high speed blender
  2. Blend on high for 60 seconds.
  3. Pour over cup of ice and enjoy!

Notes

If you don’t have a high speed blender, or just don’t want to use it, you can omit the cashews and use 1/2 cup of cashew milk, almond milk, whole milk or your favorite type of milk, and mix in only 3/4 cup of water instead of 1 1/3 cup water.
