Total Time 5 minutes
Serving Size 1 large cup

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pique Tea Matcha or 1 rounded teaspoon of your favorite brand of matcha
  • 1½ - 2 tablespoons of raw honey depending on sweetness
  • 1⅓ cup cold filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons cashew pieces or 8 whole cashews
  • 1 teaspoon collagen optional, but recommended
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions

  • Add matcha, honey, collagen (if using), water, cashews and 2 ice cubes to your high speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 60 seconds.
  • Pour over cup of ice and enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have a high speed blender, or just don't want to use it, you can omit the cashews and use 1/2 cup of cashew milk, almond milk, whole milk, or your favorite type of milk, and mix in only 3/4 cup of water instead of 1 1/3 cup water.
