Super Simple Iced Caramel Latte Recipe - Vegan & Paleo

A bottle of paleo caramel coffee creamer that tastes like a caramel latte when added to coffee. Enough to use for a week of morning coffees. Perfect for cold mornings or hot days.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup dates
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • cup raw cashews
  • cup canned coconut milk
  • ¾ cup filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract optional
  • Brewed coffee

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 60-90 seconds.
  • Mix into hot or cold coffee. About ¼ cup of creamer for every 1 cup coffee does the trick.
