Henry Rose perfumes are the gold standard of non-toxic perfume. They last all day and they have rich smells that remind me of Jo Malone perfumes without any harmful ingredients. The brand actually paired with the EWG to create the perfumes and used only safe ingredients.

I couldn’t leave out one of my favorite all time scents. I started wearing this when it first came out (somewhere around 10 years ago or so) and always keep the small bottle on hand. 

Palm Springs is made with simple ingredients of organic grape alcohol and essential oils, and has a sweet smell of dates, ginger, jasmine, citrus and vanilla. It smells delicious and you can also purchase the lotion, body wash and scrub to make the perfect wellness gift set.

I love the idea of making this almond pulp granola and putting it in a mason jar with a sweet red bow on it and a lovely tag.

Gifting homemade almond milk is a wonderful idea as well, though a bit tricky. But if you know someone who would appreciate it, a jar of almond pulp granola with a pretty milk jar full of fresh almond milk would make a lovely hostess gift.

Okay, stick with me here while I justify how wine can be a wellness gift. 

We try to limit our wine since it is a toxin, but we love it so we may as well drink the cleanest wine possible.

My favorite wine is Avaline Wine. The taste is delicious, they list their ingredients on the bottle and they are made with organic grapes, no sugar and no chemicals. You can find it at many grocery stores. Sprouts and Whole Foods carry it, and I’ve seen it on sale many times at Sprouts. You can also buy it directly on the Avaline website.
