There are so many wellness gift ideas out there. I’ve tested and played with various wellness products for the last 10 years. I’ll breakdown the best wellness gift ideas for every budget and every person so you can give the perfect gift. I’ll even share some discount codes!
If you’re looking for a great gift for that special someone this holiday season, giving the gift of wellness is a great way to show them you care. We’re going to look at the best wellness gifts – perfect for that recipient who’s a little bit crunchy and into health and wellness.
I love giving wellness gifts during the holidays. Not just because I’m kind of obsessed with wellness in general but because so many of us are reframing our wellness routines and get really motivated to start new in January.
The new year is the perfect time to start a new wellness routine. So giving a gift that they’re sure to use is the best way to gift the perfect present. And nothing says I love and care for you more than a gift that also cares for their health.

Wellness gift ideas for skin care lovers
If your gift recipient is really into skin care, I did a full breakdown of gifts specifically for skincare lovers, but here’s a recap of my favorites to give a thoughtful gift of skincare.
Good things come in small packages, am I right? A good self care routine can be easy with high quality, non-toxic skincare products. Here are my favorite wellness gift ideas for those who love skincare, or just those who need an easy way to get more self care in.
Hugh and Grace products
Hugh and Grace makes an especially thoughtful gift for anyone battling hormone issues. The company was created, and all the products were designed around hormone health – eliminating all hormone disruptors.
Their serums for face and body are incredible. I did a full review of their skincare product line, but here are my two favorites:
your Hugh and Grace purchase.
The Night Serum
Use code Jennifer10 for 10% off
I kid you not, you will see a result with this face serum after one use. The blue tansy oil helps with inflammation and nourishing dry skin.
It also has oils rich in vitamins A, C and E which help regenerate and smooth the complexion. It’s a very dreamy serum and an excellent gift.
The Body polish
Use code Jennifer10 for 10% off
This gentle body scrub also has blue tansy oil and smells like vanilla. It’s not too oily but infuses oils as well as shea butter to leave your skin super soft.
I use this before every shave and it’s wonderful.
The Body Deli products
The Body Deli is a raw, organic luxury skincare company that has the most delicious and truly all natural, plant based products.
They have a ton of products and take your sample requests when you purchase from them so they can send samples with your purchase. And you should keep those for yourself.
Their products really work and perform like expensive department store products, but with all natural and organic ingredients. While it’s hard to pick just a few favorites, here are the ones I love and use most.
Best seller Mini Facial Kit
Use code WELLNESS_TRICKLE for 15% off
There’s a reason many spas in Palm Springs use Body Deli products, and this kit will prove why.
It includes seven of their best selling organic, plant based facial care products. I love every single one of them and your recipient will too!
Treatment Mini Facial Kit
Use code WELLNESS_TRICKLE for 15% off
A small size of everything you need for a facial, including two cleansers, an exfoliant, an enzyme peel, a day cream and a night cream.
This is a great introduction to the delightfulness of The Body Deli‘s facial products.
Non-toxic perfume gifts
Okay, I could go on and on about why you should be using non-toxic perfumes. I also have a blog post discussing the importance of non-toxic perfumes and cosmetics if you’re interested in learning more.
But the gist is that fragrance is trademarked. So perfume companies don’t have to disclose the ingredients in perfume. Meaning they can include ingredients that can be toxic, like phthalates and other endocrine disrupters.
Here are three perfumes that openly list all their non-toxic ingredients and smell delicious!
Henry Rose Perfumes
Henry Rose perfumes are the gold standard of non-toxic perfume. They last all day and they have rich smells that remind me of Jo Malone perfumes without any harmful ingredients. The brand actually paired with the EWG to create the perfumes and used only safe ingredients.
I LOVE the Queens and Monsters, which I wear everyday. Torn and Windows Down are close seconds for me. They sell full size, travel size and a discovery kit, which is a great option for a gift. The discovery sets come in beautiful packaging, making them a great option if you are unsure which scent to buy.
Skylar Perfumes
Skylar perfumes are also non-toxic and are transparent about their ingredients. The Skylar scents are a little bit lighter than the Henry Rose scents. They still last throughout the day though. My favorites are Pink Canyon, Salt Air and Capri Summer. Skylar also has discovery sets available, which are great if you’re unsure which scent to get.
The Body Deli Palm Springs Perfume
Use code WELLNESS_TRICKLE for 15% off
I couldn’t leave out one of my favorite all time scents. I started wearing this when it first came out (somewhere around 10 years ago or so) and always keep the small bottle on hand.
Palm Springs is made with simple ingredients of organic grape alcohol and essential oils, and has a sweet smell of dates, ginger, jasmine, citrus and vanilla. It smells delicious and you can also purchase the lotion, body wash and scrub to make the perfect wellness gift set.
You only need a small amount of this perfume and it lasts all day.
Cozy and unique wellness gift ideas
Whether you’re looking for a unique employee wellness gift or just something cozy for your person, these gifts are the ultimate self care gifts.
Bearaby Weighted blanket
One of the best wellness gifts for someone concerned with mental health is a weighted blanket. Weighted blankets are designed to help give you a better rest by adding pressure to your body. While there isn’t a lot of scientific evidence to support this, there is a little science behind it and a ton of people with anxiety swear by weighted blankets.
it I love this extra plush weighted blanket from Amazon. It’s made from organic cotton, is machine washable and comes in three different weights (if you aren’t sure which to choose, go with 15lbs).
Canvas Tote Bags
Use code WT15 for 15% off
I love a sturdy canvas tote bag. This medium sized canvas tote is my favorite. It’s made from eco friendly all natural canvas and ships from the US.
You can personalize the bag with initials or a name.
It makes a great gift bag that the recipient can reuse all year long (perfect for farmer’s markets!) and adds the perfect personalized touch to complete your wellness gift. You can shop all their Wellness Trickle Approved canvas products here.
Saje Wellness Pocket Farmacy Kit – Physical Edition
Saje Wellness is an essential oil company that makes 100% natural, plant based products to support health and wellness.
This kit includes roll on essential oils that support your overall physical health. The idea is to have natural alternatives to medicine for different ailments. This kit includes a peppermint roll on (use for headaches/migraines), a stress relief roller, pain relief roller, upset stomach roller and a cough relief roller. They have tons of five star reviews and are great to keep in your purse.
Essential Oil Diffuser
Nothing says wellness like a relaxing non-toxic beautifully smelling place.
A diffuser will disperse non-toxic essential oils to make your space smell inviting, relaxing and clean.
Saje’s essential oil diffusers will run for 5-10 hours with an automatic shut off feature and look great in any room.
Glass water bottle with silicone sleeve
Perfect for carrying to workouts or for every day use. This BPA free glass bottle holds 20 oz of water and includes a bamboo cap.
Organic Yoga Mat
Use the code HOLIDAY for 10% off though the holidays.
These yoga mats are made with an organic Dunlop latex and an organic cotton top. Your person will love this mat for yoga, or any workout. The top layer quickly absorbs any moisture and the bottom keeps the mat from sliding around.
Organic Square Meditation Yoga Pillow
Use the code HOLIDAY for 10% off though the holidays.
Anyone integrating a wellness routine will appreciate these mediation cushions – perfect for grounding. They’re made from organic cotton and buckwheat. The organic materials help keep you grounded during meditation and this one won’t disappoint.
Coffee and tea gifts
I can’t talk about wellness gift ideas without mentioning coffee and tea. Coffee is one of my favorite things and I know I’m not alone.
While the health benefits/disadvantages are always debated with coffee, it tastes good, so many of us love to drink it, and coffee is one of the best gifts.
I have talked a bunch about the benefits of teas, from the benefits of turmeric, to the best teas for inflammation and the benefits of matcha. We should all have delicious coffees and teas and they should be free from mold and toxins.
Here are some of my favorites that I’m sure your gift recipient will love as well.
Danger Coffee
Use code WELLNESSTRICKLE10 for 10% off
If your gift recipient is a coffee drinker, they must try Danger Coffee. Created by Dave Asprey, Danger Coffee is designed to be the purest coffee you can get with added minerals to keep you energized. It’s third-party lab-tested to make sure it is free and clean of mold toxins and includes more than 50 trace minerals and electrolytes. This means feeling more energized after your morning coffee.
The coffee beans come directly from relationships with South American farms (rather than through distributors) so it is clean and of the highest quality.
I prefer the Dark Roast, as I like my coffee a little on the strong side. The Medium Roast is also delicious and I found I don’t need any creamer in that one.
Pique Tea
Pique Tea is my preferred tea because it tastes delicious and it’s triple (and sometimes quadruple) toxin screened for purity and bioactivity.
What really sold me on this tea is that it isn’t a loose leaf tea, which makes it super easy to use (just pour into hot or cold water). You can have instant cold tea, as opposed to the long process of cold brew.
And the kicker, no tea bag, which are loaded with microplastics and leach BPA into your tea.
It’s really hard to pick a favorite flavor since I use so many of them regularly, but I have the Sun Goddess Matcha on a subscription and drink at least one cup a day. Try it with this iced matcha latte recipe.
Stocking stuffers
Hu Chocolate
Oh my gosh! This is the best chocolate to ever exist on the planet. I’m specifically referring to the raspberry cashew butter and cashew butter vanilla bean chocolate bars. Everyone in my house, even my picky kids, love these bars.
They are made from all paleo ingredients. So all of the bars (and chips) are made without artificial ingredients, refined sugars or dairy (although they now how a milk chocolate bar made with grass fed milk).
For anyone that loves chocolate, but needs it to fit in their wellness lifestyle, Hu Chocolate is the way to go!
Mini body lotions
Use code WELLNESS_TRICKLE for 15% off
These lotions are the best! You can buy a full size or buy a mini size and add as a stocking stuffer. The Body Deli products are made with mostly organic ingredients that are all natural and non-toxic. And the lotions smell like a dream! Available in 14 different scents.
Growing up I loved the Tahitian Vanilla. These days my favorites are the Jasmine Tuberose and the Citron Vanilla, but there are 14 scents to choose from.
Hugh and Grace bar soap
Use code JENNIFER10 for 10% off
Honestly, I can’t get enough of this bar soap. I use it for face and body. It lathers so nicely and smells so fresh and clean.
This would be a great stocking stuffer (it will leave the stocking smelling delicious!) or addition to a wellness gift box. I did a full review on this bar soap because it’s so good.
Pique Tea (again!)
When the holidays are over, the first thing on everyone’s mind will be getting their health back and starting new routines and new self-care rituals. Peak tea is a great option to get nutrients. Whether it be their matcha, their turmeric tea or ginger tea (to name a few). Pique Tea will allow your gift recipient to feel their best.
Gift Cards
A stocking is the perfect place to add a gift card. Here are some of my favorite wellness gift cards that can be purchased online:
Saje Wellness – All natural and plant based products like room sprays, candles, essential oils and diffusers (to name a few things).
The Body Deli – Organic plant based luxury skincare products are the ultimate wellness gift. You can purchase electronic gift cards or physical gift cards.
HigherDOSE – Purchase a gift card from $50 to $2000 so your recipient can choose their wellness products. From a Red Light Face Mask to an Infrared Sauna Blanket.
Avocado – Not just a mattress store. Avocado has the ultimate wellness gifts. From cozy robes to yoga mats, and of course organic mattresses, Avocado has all things wellness.
Wellness gifts for the home
Multi Purpose Cleaner Set
Use code JENNIFER10 for 10% off
Okay, cleaner can be a slightly insulting gift. Maybe? But this one is magic! And it’s non-toxic and in my humble opinion, essential to anyone working on their wellness.
Your house will smell so fresh and clean. It has a wonderful scent and will leave you wanting to clean your house.
I did a full review of this home cleaner that you can read all about it. I just couldn’t leave it off the list. Grab one for yourself too as you prepare your home for holiday visitors.
The Best Water Filter
Whether looking for wellness gifts for yourself or for friends and family, a Cloud water filter is the ultimate gift.
If you’re getting your house ready for the holidays and you’re sick of water pitchers taking up a ton of room on your counter or in your refrigerator, consider adding a cloud water filter system to your kitchen sink.
I did a whole breakdown review of the Cloud water filter as well as the installation process. It’s super easy and the filter lasts a long time. We love our Cloud filter!
Xtrema Cookware
Perhaps the gold standard in non-toxic cookware is Xtrema Cookware. Made with all non toxic ceramic, I love cooking with my Xtrema pots and pans. If your recipient loves to cook, they’re sure to love this ceramic non-toxic cookware.
Caraway cookware and bakeware
Caraway sells bundles and sets at discounted rates, but you can also buy individual pieces. I got my sister and mother-in-law hooked on Caraway products.
Neither of them care too much about wellness, but they love these products because they work great. This is truly a gift for anyone. I absolutely love my bakeware set and use a piece from it multiple times a week and I use the frying pan every time I make eggs or pancakes.
Ultimate wellness gift ideas over $300
These are some of the best self-care gifts. If your gift recipient is looking to introduce more healthy habits in the new year and your gift recipient (or yourself!) could use some self care, check out these wellness products, which make a great addition to any daily routine.
Red Light Face Mask
Use code WELLNESSTRICKLE15 for 15% off
I’m a huge lover of red light therapy. People who know me know I go on and on about it. I love my Red Light Face Mask. My skin feels so wonderful after using it and it keeps my rosacea at bay.
It’s believed red light therapy works by activating your mitochondria. This helps with wound healing, pain, skin conditions, like psoriasis eczema and rosacea.
There are even some studies suggesting it helps with neurological conditions. I think we’ll see more about red light in the near future. It will soon be everyone’s obsession.
HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna blanket
Use code WELLNESSTRICKLE15 for 15% off
If you’re really trying to wow your gift recipient (or yourself), this sauna blanket is the ultimate wellness gift. With benefits like improved circulation, relation and and detoxification, giving a sauna blanket is a true showing of love for the person receiving it.
TrueLight Energy Square
Use code WELLNESSTRICKLE for 10% off
I talk quite a bit about red light here at wellness trickle. I did a full breakdown on red and light therapy you can read about. But I truly love my red light Energy Square from TrueLight. I started using it on my feet when my psoriatic arthritis got really bad. On the nights I can barely walk, I put this on my legs and I notice a difference after a couple of days. I’m not cured, but it definitely eases the pain.
Hostess gifts and homemade items
Chocolate chip cookies
If you want to make something special for your gift recipient, these cookies are sure to wow them!
They come together easily, are dairy free, gluten free, vegan and paleo. They’re uniquely fluffy, taste delicious and freeze really well. They’re about as close as you get to a healthy cookie while still tasting delicious.
Almond pulp granola
I love the idea of making this almond pulp granola and putting it in a mason jar with a sweet red bow on it and a lovely tag.
Gifting homemade almond milk is a wonderful idea as well, though a bit tricky. But if you know someone who would appreciate it, a jar of almond pulp granola with a pretty milk jar full of fresh almond milk would make a lovely hostess gift.
A bottle of wine (or two!) in a personalized wine bag
Okay, stick with me here while I justify how wine can be a wellness gift.
We try to limit our wine since it is a toxin, but we love it so we may as well drink the cleanest wine possible. And of course if you’re giving it as a gift you want to put it in an eco-friendly non-toxic canvas wine bag with a personalization on it.
My favorite wine is Avaline Wine. The taste is delicious, they list their ingredients on the bottle and they are made with organic grapes, no sugar and no chemicals. You can find it at many grocery stores. Sprouts and Whole Foods carry it, and I’ve seen it on sale many times at Sprouts. You can also buy it directly on the Avaline website.
Pro tip: gift red wine so it doesn’t have to be chilled.
