Description
A bottle of paleo caramel coffee creamer that tastes like a caramel latte when added to coffee. Enough to use for a week of morning coffees. Perfect for cold mornings or hot days.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
- Brewed coffee
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend on high for 60-90 seconds.
- Mix into hot or cold coffee. About 1/4 cup of creamer for every 1 cup coffee does the trick.
